Not much today

Monday.
Today was spent working following up on appts and just general stuff  I've been putting off lately.  Now with some of my to-do list completed, I think I will go work out.  Note to self: if someone wants to come over right when I want to go work out...make them wait especially if it's someone who doesn't make it a special time to come over, just when she wants to dump on me.  Remember our mantra, if it doesn't nurture me, if it doesn't serve me, it's NOT for me!
