Sunday.
So I've "primalized" my kitchen cupboards and refrigerator; I am so ready to get this started! I have been following my training schedule for the 1/2 marathon, today was to be my first mileage building day. I'm already up to where the track should be so I didn't go all out. I did go to the gym though and put in 2.5 mi there. The funny thing was that earlier when I was feeling a little bored, I thought I might want to head back to the gym...hmmm I think I may be becoming addicted to my workouts, lol
