Sugar...not worth it

Thursday.
I've just made it thru work today...just. I am still feeling the after effects of that chocolate bar from yesterday. I did get in a couple of hrs at the gym today and got my mileage in, but wow, I am just wandering around like a zombie today. That chocolate bar was so not worth this lethargy, albeit it was pretty good, still not worth this drag.
