May Day!

Sunday.
Welcome May!  What a fabulous day!  I began the day with a quick trip to the accupuncturist.  I've never been so this was a new adventure.  It went very well and I have even set up another appointment to see what can be done about these allergies. 
The sun was  bright and it was a lovely, warm day.  I set myself a new goal for this month in an effort to get caught up on my overall yearly goal. I decided it should take me about 5 mi/day, everyday this month to get caught up; today I walked 6 miles.  I'm off to a great start indeed!
