Thursday.
My muscles are sore. It's a good sore though. I spent 1.5 hrs at the gym this afternoon; it feels good. My goal...to make it to the Eugene 2012 Marathon and be able to complete the whole route with a good time. This is probably my grandest goal yet. Even though 1000 miles by years end is a pretty lofty goal in and of itself, I think a 26 mile marathon is something to work for as well.
~Time for a bubble bath...
