Tired

Thursday.
I was off today, spent an hr at the dentist getting a filling done; went well.  I then walked downtown to 5th st and back up, at lunch and then off to the gym for an hr and a half.  Is it any wonder I'm tired tonight?  It's a good tired though, I feel so accomplished and worked out...boy am I worked out!
